Herman Cain and the Connection to the Frankin Cover Up???

Cain: The Godfather's years - Omaha.com

Xxxxxx,

I am still reading "The Franklin Cover-up" because I keep going back and reading and re-reading parts of it. I knew something was nagging at me about Herman Cain and the Godfather Pizza, Omaha connection.  Cain was in Nebraska when all of that scmit was going down. It would not be hard to believe that he was one of the "players" and this is his reward, especially with the Bush connections. I saw Rick Baker (Bushie I and II state fundraiser/leader) and I thought WTF?
Now it makes sense. Herman Cain must be one of them  Page 142 of John DeCamp's book references the.."[Godfather's Pizza founder] Willie Thiesen's name had been linked with Larry King's as being homosexually involved...and that King had also had similar relationships with Harold Andersen, Eugen Mahoney and Bob Wadman".
***************************************************************

This lady ran for office and also witnessed a candidate getting "put on top" who was a joke.  I told her he "came from somewhere", and he's getting what I call the "free pass to run".  I told her to read the book, and she'll see it in our politics everywhere.
Herman Cain needs to be exposed.  Fake polls, all the media attention you must pay millions for, this is rediculous.  The reference to Rick Baker in the note above, he's a former mayor who was very very close to GW Bush, and Jeb.

My sis wants to get active, she directly remembers Herman Cain.  I don't, so I am not going to do anything, but I just thought I would put that thought out there.  She is convinced that he was intimately connected with Franklin.

When someone mentioned to me  that Herman Cain was the ex CEO of Godfathers Pizza in Omaha in the 80s it threw up some red flags I immediatly thought of David talking about Willie Thiesen. i looked into Herman's background and found a video of him singing in front of the Omaha press club in 1991 .here is the link to the video it sort of reminds you of Larry King

http://www.omaha.com/article/20111011/NEWS01/710119907

if youre a sucessful black restaurantuer in Omaha in the 80's and have worked in republican politics  it seems almost impossible not to have rubbed shoulders with Larry King .These 2 men have alot in common .Herman worked as an advisor for Bob Dole /Jack Kemp's presidential campains in 1996. Jack was associated with Larry. Someone else who has a blog also noticed this same connection with Larry King  and the similarities in these 2 guys here is a link to his blog and story about Herman Cain and Larry King

Just to add to the possibility that Herman Cain may have had - and possibly still does have - connections to Larry King and the Franklin Scandal I wanted to post the following (I realize rbeck may have already made mention to some of the information below, but I typed this out so I'm going to keep it as is).

Gary Caradori's Leads List has the names William Theisen and Steve Turner on it.

Theisen has been alleged to have "used a substantial amount of cocaine with numerous people in the Omaha area" according to Caradori's notes. We also know that he was at one time the owner of Godfather's Pizza.

He sold 800 of the restaurants to Charter House (later to be known as Diversified Foods Inc.) in 1983 for a reported $306 million dollars. In 1986 Pillsbury Inc. purchased the entire franchise for an unknown amount and appointed Herman Cain as the CEO and President of the company on April 1 of that same year.

Two and a half years later, on March 17, 1988, it is reported that Cain and his management group bought the company for about $30-40 million dollars. It would be just a few months later (November 4, 1988) that the Franklin Credit Union was raided by the FBI, which found that Lawrence E. King had embezzled $40 million from the company.

There is speculation by some that the $40 million King stole from the Franklin Credit Union may have helped in Cain's purchase of the Godfather's Pizza franchise.

The reason Steve Turner's name is of note is because not only was he alleged to have  recruited young boys for Larry King, but it is also stated (according to Caradori's notes) he once worked for the Franklin Credit Union and was an employee at Godfather's Pizza in the Old Market area of Omaha, NE at the time of Caradori's investigation.

I believe that means he worked there during a period of time in which Cain owned the company (as of, or after March 17, 1988). He may have also been working there during the time Pillsbury made Cain the CEO and President (April 1 of 1986 - up until Cain purchased the company for himself - March 17, 1988).

I also came across this article which attempts to connect Herman Cain to the Penn State Scandal, and the Penn State Scandal to the Franklin Case.

It's in the second half of that article in which the author tries to make those connections. To be honest though I had a hard time following the information he presents.

I understood it to some extent, but I wasn't able to come to a clear conclusion that both scandals are connected, and that Herman Cain may be linked to both of them.
